I couldn’t be more pleased with my car buying experience at State Street Motors. I’ve purchased cars from Honda, Chevy and even Subaru and always dread the experience because they typically make you sit and wait for hours and hours only to walk out of there unsure if you made the right decision. They never really budge on the price or give you a decent trade in. I hate it. They pretend to get you the best rate even though it usually isn’t that great. That was not my experience at State Street Motors. Dory had been messaging with me but I ghosted him for a day, unsure I was ready to jump into a car payment before the new year. I thought maybe the vehicle sold so I decided to email Dory and stop by the dealership since I was already in Bellingham. Dory made time for me right away. He was the farthest from a pushy car salesman. He answered all my questions and gave me honest advice. No pressure. To be honest I was so comfortable I didn’t even drive the vehicle before purchasing it. I really had no intention of buying that day, I was just stopping by to look but loved it and everything felt right. Dory literally had me in and out of the dealership in 45 mins. What a great experience from Start To Finish and all completed within 45 minutes! We came to see a truck (ecodiesel) and ended-up buying it within such short time. Dory and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They did give me a great trade-in value for my truck. This place is an honest, reliable and professional establishment by far - and very clean too!
